Our Heroes travel to Tuornen to attend the marriage of Regall Tieghan and Laile Flaertes. Thanks to Jasmine's Teleport spell, the trip lasts only a few minutes. A week of festivities and tournaments takes place.
While spending time in the capital with her family, Jasmine meets Prince Voron Chernyi, a Vos nobleman, who seems to have feelings for her. As a show of devotion, he assigns to her his most trusted lieutenant, Lena, and promises to come visit her in the Giantdowns.
Lady Laile also introduces Jasmine to a carefully guarded secret of the Flaertes family: deep into the dungeons of the castle lives Belzekyr, the spawn of the ancient dragon Tuornen. To keep ancient oaths, the Flaertes family needs to provide an elven guardian to the dragon, and Laile hopes Jasmine, having travelled so far, can find one.
Lord Thalion introduce Lady Khalila Shadam to Michael. The mysterious Khinasi noblewoman is curious about the Michael's work in the Giantdowns, and will take the opportunity to teach him the Khinasi language.
As the marriage is sealed, and the festivities conclude, our Heroes return to the Giantdowns.
