672 MR - Spring (Month of Roelir)
The Heroes return to Nolien, capital of Dhoesone. With the heart of the awnshegh they killed in the elven ruin, Niobhe and Amani create a magical remedy for Thalion's wound. The remedy is a success, and the nobleman feels better and better as the days go by.
Time to plan anew, as the group discusses how to better support Amani's cause. In the end they decide that visiting king Storm of Stjordvik and gathering his support could be the best move. they also ponder the possibility of travelling south to gather information on the Empire.
Alas, they hand is forced when a fleet of Anuirean ships attacks the docks of Nolien during the night. The city is taken by surprise, and the Anuirean rapidly take approach the docks, while their catapults pellet the city with flaming projectiles.
Both Niobhe and Thalion are confused by this attack, since it is a clear act of war, something that seems out of character for the Emperor of Anuire. Be that as it may, the party springs into action to repel the attack. When they get a clearer view on the attackers, they notice they're Red Templars from the Order of the Winged Sword, an extremist chapter of knights devoted to the One True Church of Anuire.
