Anomander

A mysterious dark elf, he has appeared to Amani in her dreams. He seems to be trapped in some sort of prison, from which only Amani can free him. 

He has granted Amani his protection, whatever that means, and some magical abilites.

Session 80. Anomander has revealed to Amani more details about his true nature.

He has admitted to be a "fragment" of Azrai. When Azrai prepared to battle gods of light, he was set on destruction, and so he left a part of him behind in the Shadowfell, his creative spark. This is what Anomander represents. 

Anomander is trapped in the Shadowfell until he can aquire enough Shadow power to free himself. To this purpose, he forged the Gift of Dreams. What he wants is to be free to roam the realms of mortals, to explore the world, and work on his creations.
