Queen Llaeddra has dispatched this valiant warrior to the mortal realm to assess the fate of her former abode. Finding common cause with the party in their ongoing battle against the Shadow, Ardreth joins forces with them, especially considering their forthcoming diplomatic venture to the elven realm of Sielwode.

The party finds themselves in the court of the Emerald Queen, Isaelie Galanohel. Within her enchanting crystal palace, aglow with the radiance of a solitary candle, they lay the groundwork for an alliance with the elves. The faerie folk harbor no fondness for the Exalt-Emperor of Anuire, whose relentless pursuit has haunted their kind for decades.
