Spring 614 MR till Summer

The Heroes have the time to catch their breath and inspect the big cave more carefully, when an evil voice echoes through the compound, announcing their demise: Jinjuk, the Derro leader of the forge, has released the Fire Elemental powering the furnace!

The Heroes defeat the monster and slay Jinjuk, and free Gelica, the silph that was captured while investigating the poisonous cloud. Raenwe seals the portal throught which the dwarves were transporting their products, and purify what's left of the cloud. The Heroes retrieve Ulzor's ring and travel back to Gelica's home among the clouds. The Asperii offer their service to the party, while Gelica promises Michael to teach him more about the Way of the Winds.

Back in Skansoeren, the Heroes seal their deal with Ulzor, who delivers to them the map to find the tomb of the Storm King. Hrothwulf decides to assign rulership of the region to Raenwe.

At the beginning of Summer, Lord Thalion visits Michael, complimenting the Brotherhood for their accomplishments, and reminding his son that his trip to the khinasi lands approaches. The party, to respect Michael's decision, decide to not inquire further about the whole happenings surrounding Michael's death and resurrection.

The Heroes start investigating Skansoeren to find the tomb of the Storm King, discovering a few unrelated barrows.
