Early 616 MR
The Heroes reach the ancient outpost of Khazefryn, once a Duergar stronghold, and now inhabited by many different creatures. The compound is situated inside a huge cavern, where six islands emerge at least 50 feet from an undergorung lake.
The Heroes explore two of the islands, one populated by small lizard-like creatures called varkhas, and the other occupied by a tribe of troglodytes. A great carnage ensues.
