Eternal Winter - Malik is the son of Lady Khalila, guildmistress of the White Lotus guild in Ariya, and Michael Alamie, a former adventuring companion of King Hrotwulf.

His mother has trained him in the family "trade"; now a promising young man, Malik has been sent west to aquire more experience, and expand the influence of the El-Arrasi family.

In those years, he met the mercenary captain Machteld. From their union, Tuarim was born. Machteld lost her life in the final battle against the White Witch. Not long after, Malik returned home to take care of his son.

647 MR - 28/6, Malik's son is born. His name is Tuarim. Bloodline Basaia, Great, 38.

Long life, major - Thanks to his bloodline, Malik only ages one year every 25. In the year 670, he's more than 50 years old, but he looks in his early twenties.

City of Light - Malik is related to the Lord-Prince from his mother's side. His father was an Anuirean hero, dead before he could remember. Malik has spent many years away from Ariya, in the Rjurik Highlands, where he has helped High-King Sigurd forge his own Empire.
