As the city of Vstaive slowly regains its footing in the aftermath of the Targov attack, Gwyn seeks counsel from High-Priestess Petra. There, she learns distressing news: Kamil, Deet's brother, has been abducted and taken to Zoloskaya alongside Raisa, a priestess held dear by Petra herself.
Determined to rescue Kamil, the party resolves to depart Vstaive for Zoloskaya. Along the way, they venture into the city's fighting pits, where they encounter a goblin guide by the name of Pox.
Setting out from Vstaive, the party soon finds themselves pursued by a relentless hunting party. Evading their pursuers for days, they ultimately turn the tables, launching a daring ambush. In a fierce battle, the party triumphs, decimating their foes and leaving only their leader, Kira, daughter of warlord Drago, alive.
Recognizing the strategic value of their captive, the party opts to hold Kira hostage, intending to wield her as leverage against both Drago and the Targov. With their sights set on Zoloskaya and the rescue of Kamil, they press onward, their resolve steeled by the trials that lie ahead.
