Heroes: Signar, Vladimir, Malik, Machteld, Niobhe, Trevan.
Year 641 MR - Autumn
The Heroes sneak around the fortress, eventually finding the cells where Trevan and several Rjuven soldiers are kept prisoner. They free them all, but the fortress is now on alert. Scores of orogs come charging at them, while the Heroes hold the line as best they can with spells and blades.
They're about to turn the tide, when Ghorlakk, priest of Torazan, brings much ruin with his spells. Niobhe and Vladimir are rescued while near death, and Ghorlakk is killed by Malik, who takes his bloodline.
With more enemies storming the corridors, and with the arrival of a Knight wearing an armor of magical ice, the Heroes risk a daring escape from the top of the castle. With the careful use of ropes, grappling hooks, and some magic, they manage to escape the fortress in the deep of the night.
